  Yery Noel Medina Ulloa was busted Oct. 7 in Jacksonville when he was found covered in blood after allegedly killing Francisco Javier Cuellar, 46, a father of four who had taken in the immigrant who told authorities he was 17...

A Salvadoran immigrant agreed Thursday to plead guilty to all crimes in the killing of four Nevada residents as part of a deal with prosecutors that will spare him from two death penalty trials and put him in prison for the rest of his life with no possibility of appeals or parole.

A suspect in the death of a police officer in Texas on Tuesday during a domestic violence call is in the U.S. illegally from El Salvador and has a criminal record, U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) officials announced Wednesday.

  Elmer Manzano, 51, was arrested after allegedly firing bullets at officers in a Houston apartment complex, killing 65-year-old Sgt. Harold Preston, a police commander who was weeks away from retiring, The Washington Post reported.

  ICE called Manzano, a "convicted criminal alien who is unlawfully present in the U.S," in a statement sent to the Post.

An illegal alien from El Salvador has been officially charged with murdering four Americans, including an elderly couple, in South Reno and Gardnerville, Nevada.

  Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 19-year-old illegal alien, was arrested last week after suspected him of murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David between January 10 and 15.

  Now, prosecutors in Washoe County and Douglas County have charged Martinez-Guzman with four counts of murder and five counts of burglary.

A twice-deported illegal alien, accused of murdering three men in the sanctuary state of California, has been arrested by law enforcement officials.

Mexican national Gustavo Zavala-Garcia, 27, pleaded guilty on Aug. 22 to capital murder in the death of a 10-year-old girl who was his cousin, reported CBS Austin. Zavala-Garcia was sentenced to life without parole by the judge in the state district court of Tyler, Texas.

  The young girl, Kayla Gomez-Orozco, was reported missing on Nov. 1, 2016, after she attended a church service in Tyler, which is about 90 miles south of Dallas. Her body was found four days later, Nov 5, in the bottom of a well where she had been dumped...

He allegedly emerged from his vehicle and opened fire on the officers after a short pursuit.

The man suspected of living in the US illegally whom authorities believe killed four people was charged after he allegedly pawned off jewelry belonging to two of the victims.

  Wilbur Martinez-Guzman allegedly sold two gold and diamond rings, 16 silver rings, toe rings and turquoise rings belonging to Connie Koontz, 56, who was found dead in her home Jan. 10, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday and obtained by the Reno Gazette Journal.

  The 20-year-old also allegedly pawned an Elks ring with a blue stone engraved with the initials of Jerry David, 81, who was found dead with his wife, Sherri, 80, on Jan. 16.

  Martinez-Guzman, who is from El Salvador, is also suspected in the death of Sophia Renken, 74, who was found dead in her home Jan. 13, about a mile away from Koontz.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson says the alleged murder of 33-year-old Newman, California police officer Ronil Singh “would have been prevented” if not for California’s “sanctuary state” law that shields criminal illegal aliens from deportation.

  Gustavo Perez Arriaga, an illegal alien living in California, was arrested on Friday after he allegedly shot and killed Singh — a legal immigrant from Fiji — during a routine traffic stop the day after Christmas.

  Over his police radio, Singh called out “shots fired” and as police arrived at the scene of the traffic stop, they found the officer on the ground with a gunshot wound. Singh was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died.

A 36-year-old man who had been deported at least once and who owned a lengthy rap sheet died Monday after a day-long "reign of terror" in which he shot and killed someone, carjacked another person and led California police on a dangerous high-speed pursuit.

  Gustavo Garcia, of Visalia, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on State Route 65 in Porterville when he was ejected from a stolen truck. Four others were injured, including one person who was in critical. Garcia, who was deported in 2014, had engaged in a gun battle with police and purposely tried to smash into other cars during the chase, officials said.

  “We have one man that essentially [has] been on a personal reign of terror,” Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said at a news conference.

A man who is currently sitting in a U.S. jail cell for a grisly murder had been deported back to his home country of Mexico a total of six times, according to law enforcement.

  Local police in Pasco, Washington, announced back in February that detectives, with the help of the FBI, were able to extradite Mexican national Adan Virgen-Ponce and place him in custody. Virgen-Ponce was wanted by police for a murder that took place over eight years ago.

  He is suspected of stabbing Froilan Godines to death on February 7, 2010 at El Patron, a nightclub and restaurant in the town of Pasco.

  Luis Perez, who federal authorities believe is in the US illegally has been charged in the fatal shooting of former roommates Steven Marler, 38, and 23-year-old Aaron Hampton at their Springfield home on November 1. A day later, Perez shot dead Sabrina Starr, 21, whose Missouri home he moved into after his first victims threw him out, according to charging documents.

  Two other people were wounded but survived. Perez, 23, faces eight other felony counts in the shootings.

A six-time deported illegal alien accused of beating and killing three men across seven separate attacks has been arrested and charged with murder.

  Ramon Escobar, a 47-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested this week in Santa Monica, California after he allegedly attacked seven people, in total, leaving three of them to ultimately die because of the alleged attacks, CBS Los Angeles reports.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office on Wednesday identified the 20-year-old man who was allegedly killed, set on fire in a North Side apartment and then found dead by firefighters responding to the blaze.

  Jared Vargas had been missing for three days prior to being discovered Monday in the apartment unit in the 7900 block of Jones Maltsberger Road. The medical examiner's office listed his cause of death as homicidal violence but declined to detail exactly how he was killed.

Cristhian Bathena Rivera, 24, was charged with first-degree murder Tuesday in Tibbetts' death, officials confirmed.

A Florida police officer passed away over the weekend from injuries he sustained after he tried to apprehend an illegal alien who allegedly shot him in the head last week. "It is with a heavy heart that we inform our community that Fort Myers Police Officer Adam Jobbers-Miller has passed away," police spokesman Mitch Haley said in a statement on Saturday.

  Officials said Jobbers-Miller was shot by Haitian national Wisner Desmaret on July 21 while he was responding to an alleged assault and theft at a gas station. Once police arrived at the gas station, Desmaret opened fire, hitting Jobbers-Miller in the head.

A 13-year-old girl in Alabama was beheaded because she saw her Sinaloa Cartel-associated grandmother stabbed to death by drug traffickers, authorities have said.

  Mariah Lopez and her grandmother Oralia Mendoza, 49, were killed on June 4 in Moon Cemetery outside of Huntsville, Alabama, prosecutors revealed in court on Thursday. Investigators say the men then drove the victims to a cemetery and Mendoza was fatally stabbed in front of her granddaughter Mariah. Mendoza was Mariah's main guardian. Mariah was on the autism spectrum.

  According to police, Aguilar told investigators that Palomino then forced him to kill the girl by beheading her in a secluded area because she was a witness.

A pair of teenage brothers charged in the stabbing death of a 19-year-old in Maryland are nationals of El Salvador who arrived in the U.S. as unaccompanied minors, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

  Lenin Mancias-Callejas and Bryan Mancias-Callejas, both 16, were arrested and charged Wednesday with first degree murder in the killing of Herson Mejia-Alvarez, Prince George’s County Police said.

A Salvadoran man who was ordered deported nearly a decade ago but never left has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in a series of shootings and a knife attack in a Virginia suburb of Washington, authorities said Friday. The man who used a vehicle to run over a Dallas, Texas, police officer is an illegal alien who has been deported three times over the past 11 years. Eduardo Gonzalez-Rios, 29, is in the Dallas County jail after being treated for his gunshot wound, the Dallas Morning News (DMN) reported.

“According to the coroner who testified at the trial, Jamiel was shot in the stomach first and while he was lying on the ground with his hands covering his head pleading for his life, he was shot again,” Shaw said. “The bullet went through his hand and straight into his head.”

A 19-year-old accused of beating and raping an elderly woman who later died will now face a murder charge. Prosecutors said Sergio Martinez-Perez beat and sexually assaulted 93-year-old Louise Sollowin in her home Sunday. Sollowin died Wednesday. Martinez-Perez, who already faces charges of first-degree sexual assault, first-degree assault and burglary, is set to appear before a judge Friday to be arraigned on the new charge. The three individuals charged in the murder of a Virginia teenager in September allegedly entered the U.S. illegally as unaccompanied minors in 2013, skipped their immigration hearings, and had been ordered removed “in absentia,” according to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA).

  Danny Centeno-Miranda, a 17-year-old living in Loudoun County, Virginia, was shot and killed near his bus on September 4. Three people were charged in connection with the shooting: Henry Dominguez-Vasquez and Juan Aguirre-Zelaya — both from El Salvador — were charged as accessories and with possession of a firearm while in the country illegally.

Law enforcement officials in East Texas are reporting the alleged murderer of 10-year-old Kayla Gomez-Orozco is a previously deported illegal alien from Mexico. Officials with the Smith County jail confirmed to Breitbart Texas that Gustavo Gonzalez, 24, is currently being held in the jail on an immigration detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. Gonzalez was also confirmed to be a Mexican national by the jail official.

Since February, President Joe Biden’s first full month in office, 23 aliens who had previously been convicted of homicide in the United States were charged in Arizona with illegally reentering this country...

  In February alone, for example, the office reported that 190 foreign nationals in Arizona had been charged with “illegal reentry” to this country. Among those, 151 had already been convicted of a nonimmigration crime in the United States. Those included 44 aliens who had what the U.S. Attorney’s Office described as “violent crime convictions.”

  Two of them had already been convicted of “homicide” in the United States. But that did not stop these two from allegedly returning illegally to this country after they had been deported.

  Among those who the U.S. Attorney’s Office charged from February through October with illegally reentering this country were 400 aliens who had previously been convicted here of what the U.S. attorney characterized as a “violent crime.”

What about the illegal immigrant population as a whole? Lott found they are more likely than non-illegals to be convicted of serious violent crimes: 163 percent more likely for first-degree murder; 168 percent more likely for second-degree murder; and 189.6 percent more likely for manslaughter.

  In addition, illegal immigrants in Arizona are more likely than non-illegals to commit sexual offenses against minors, sexual assault, drunk driving, kidnapping, and armed robbery, according to Lott’s study.
