At CNN.com, correspondent Ben Wedeman touted "what some Catholics want in next pope," and by "some Catholics" he meant those who thought Pope Benedict's papacy was too conservative or inward-looking.

He arrogantly prescribed that if the next pontiff focuses on social justice and has a global outreach, "Then perhaps the Catholic Church can be a light unto all nations."

Another CNN personality who was presenting on the CNN Arabic network as recently as last week appears to have expressed a series of antisemitic sentiments on Twitter, even praising Hitler. This follows the recent resignation of a CNN editor, whose past antisemitic statements surfaced Thursday afternoon.

Kareem Farid heads up a digital tech show on CNN Arabic... On Friday, tweets surfaced, showing Farid writing, “I love you Hitler” and commending the Nazi dictator for “his determination to reach his goal.”

A CNN employee was charged Friday on three counts that he used a facility of interstate commerce to abuse underage girls.

Officials said a grand jury in Vermont indicted 44-year-old Stamford, Connecticut resident John Griffin of attempting to entice the girls to engage in sexual activity. He appeared in New Haven federal court via Zoom, where Judge Robert Spector said he would file an order requesting his transfer to Connecticut.

“According to the indictment, from April to July of 2020, Griffin utilized the messaging applications Kik and Google Hangouts to communicate with people purporting to be parents of minor daughters, conveying to them, among other ideas, that a ‘woman is a woman regardless of her age,’ and that women should be sexually subservient and inferior to men,” according to a Justice Department statement on the case.

The CNN producer charged with luring a mother and her nine-year-old daughter to a rental home in Vermont for 'sexual subservience' training also told someone else he'd 'trained' girls as young as seven.

John Griffin, a producer on CNN's New Day and worked for Chris Cuomo, was charged last week by federal prosecutors in Vermont who say he paid for sex with underage girls, including one whose mother he convinced into letting her visit him...

He is accused of transferring the mother $3,000 to fly from Nevada to Boston, where he picked them up in his red Tesla in July 2020.

A second ex-CNN producer is under criminal investigation over allegations involving "potential juvenile victims."

Fairfax County (Va.) Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital a criminal investigation has been launched "into serious allegations involving potential juvenile victims" and that "detectives assigned to the Child Exploitation Squad of the Major Crimes Bureau are leading this investigation" into Rick Saleeby, a former senior producer for Jake Tapper's "The Lead."

A spokesman for CNN told Fox News Digital, "The person in question no longer works for CNN" and that he had resigned earlier this month. The probe comes on the heels of the arrest of former CNN producer John Griffin, who is facing federal sex crime charges involving children.

Chris Cuomo allegedly attacked a female ABC News temp worker when she denied his proposition for sex during a “lunch” in his office, it was revealed on Tuesday.

The accusation was made to CNN lawyers in December hours after Cuomo was suspended for advising his brother, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, how to dodge his own sexual harassment accusations, according to the New York Times. The CNN host was fired days later...

Chris Cuomo, 51, had invited the “young” worker to his office for lunch on the pretext of giving her advice on obtaining full-time employment at the network in 2011, according to the report.

On Sunday, about a week into a budding war between Israel and Palestine, a CNN contributor in Pakistan by the name of Adeel Raja declared, “The world today needs a Hitler.”

Raja has a long history of supporting the late Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, sometimes explicitly mentioning what Hitler did to the Jews — a reference to the unspeakable horrors of the Holocaust.

Raja has deleted the tweet, but Greg Price and Benny Johnson kept the receipts. CNN has yet to issue a formal statement on the matter.

Americans Are Stupid And Ignorant

CNN has issued an apology for playing a song titled “Stupid Girls” before a segment about Sarah Palin. “The music selection was a poor choice and was not intended to be linked to any news story. We regret any perception that they were planned together,” a CNN spokesperson told the blog site Mediate.

The song by Pink was the lead-in to a story about the former Alaska governor and 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate supporting Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy, who is facing public backlash for opposing same-sex marriage. Go To Site

CNN's Piers Morgan has been on a rabid anti-gun rant since July's Aurora, Colorado, shootings that has gotten even more venomous after Friday's massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut. On Tuesday, he rudely and disgracefully tore into guest Larry Pratt, the Executive Director of Gun Owners of America, calling him "an unbelievably stupid man" who's "dangerous," concluding the interview by saying, "You shame your country".

CNN was forced to fire three reporters for creating fictional news about the Trump administration.

Some of its anchors and hosts used scatology to denigrate the president. On New Year's, CNN host Kathy Griffith released a video holding up a facsimile of the decapitated head of Trump.

Some producers were caught on tape bragging about CNN's biases against Trump and the stupidity of the voters who elected him.

CNN's Marc Lamont Hill referred to Trump diversity team member Bruce LeVell as a part of a group of "mediocre Negroes" who met with the president-elect. The characterization, which includes Pastor Darryl Scott and television host and comedian Steve Harvey, came during a panel discussion with host Don Lemon on "CNN Tonight" on Monday.

“Yeah, it was a bunch of mediocre Negroes being dragged in front of TV as a photo-op for Donald Trump’s exploitative campaign against black people. And you are an example of that,” Hill said, adding later he wasn't engaging in "name-calling."

As Twitchy reported on Friday, the Chick-fil-A “boycott” has been a total fail. Sarah and Todd Palin joined in this non-boycott of Chick-fil-A and united with the Twittersphere in posting pictures of a Chick-fil-A visit. CNN, it seems, took this as an opportunity to bash Sarah Palin, playing Pink’s “Stupid Girls” as the bumper music for its Palin story.

On the May 29 edition of CNN Newsroom, Carol Costello brought on Bill Nye “the science guy” (who is not a scientist) to lecture conservatives about the supposed importance of climate change.

Prior to the interview Costello introduced Nye as someone who is “ready to fight the haters,” and resorted to the usual liberal talking point: “Before we begin, I just want to say 97 percent of scientists say climate change is real and much of it is driven by man, so let’s go on.”

Liberal ignorance of flyover country was on full display on CNN this morning.

On New Day, CNN contributor Dr. Abdul El-Sayed—a Bernie Sanders ally—suggested that West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin should support the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill because it includes funds to address climate change. El-Sayed claimed that "climate change is ravaging coastal states like his."

Wow, 355,000 total viewers for the day. That’s around the population of Bakersfield, California. Imagine if Bakersfield was designated the only place in the US where you could watch CNN, and if you were inside the 50-foot containment wall surrounding the city, you had to watch CNN.

Then they’d drop Kurt Russell in there and make him escape. One of CNN’s head honchos just quit last Friday, saying the organization needs “new leadership.” That might help. At this point, pretty much anything would.

CNN And Trump Derangement Syndrome

Former CNN host Piers Morgan had some choice things to say about his old network in a conversation with Fox News' Tucker Carlson on Monday night.

Morgan, who left CNN about three years ago, told Carlson that while many CNN anchors had integrity, he was convinced some employees "lower in the food chain" were "determined" to see Donald Trump lose the presidential election last year... "It stank," Morgan said. Go To Site

A staffer for CNN spoke candidly to an undercover journalist about the political motivations the network had during the 2020 presidential election, boasting the left-leaning outlet helped defeat former President Donald Trump and even calling his own employer "propaganda."

In the first installment of what's billed as a three-part #ExposeCNN campaign from the right-wing guerilla news outlet Project Veritas, network technical director Charles Chester shed light on how the network wanted to remove its nemesis from the White House and help now-President Biden.

"Look at what we did, we got Trump out," Chester said in a celebratory tone. "I am 100% going to say it. And I 100% believe it that if it wasn't for CNN, I don't know that Trump would have got voted out."
