Now that Jussie Smollett has been found guilty of faking an anti-gay, racist hate crime against himself, it’s a good time to reflect on how the left rushed to judgment about Jussie’s absurd claim simply because it fit “the narrative.”

The White House admitted Friday there were “lessons learned” by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and their staffs after they rushed to condemn a faked hate crime orchestrated by actor Jussie Smollett during the 2020 presidential campaign...
Harris and Biden never condemned Smollett’s faked hate crime or walked back their statements of support.

Waiting For The Apology...
I want to see all the celebrities and wannabe celebrities who rushed to defend Smollett and slam America confronted and asked for an apology. In person. At their next public events.
Leftist celebrities, politicians and media personalities who defended Jussie Smollett and praised him after the actor claimed that he was the victim of a hate crime perpetrated by two white men are now oddly silent.
These same personalities also wasted no time in politicizing the case and blaming President Trump and his supporters for the alleged racist and homophobic crime.

Though the NAACP chimed in on the attack the very same day it was reported, the organization, as of this writing, has yet to react to Smollett being found guilty.
Why is that? Why rush to blame Trump for the attack, but not issue a mea culpa or even a statement in solidarity with the disgraced actor. Not only should the NAACP say something about Smollett’s conviction, but they also owe Donald Trump an apology.
